After downloading

  1. Download the .7z file from Modsfire and extract it.
  2. Copy the base file, the language file and, if you want, the traffic file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
  3. Enable them in the Mod Manager, above any maps.
  4. Look for the military cargoes in the freight market.
