After downloading

  1. Unzip them if needed and copy the .scs files to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
  2. Open ETS2 and go to the Mod Manager.
  3. Enable all parts of the Trailers and Cargo Pack.
  4. If you use other trailer or traffic packs, make sure they don't overlap in the load order.
  5. Load your save and look for the new cargoes in the freight market.
