What this mod does

Old Farm Package, by [DMI]20mmNormandy, brings two farmhouses and two old sheds in Northwestern European style. It’s perfect for building a farm with history on maps of France, the Netherlands or Northern Germany.

What’s included

• Farmhouse01: house you can’t enter. $100,000 and $15 a month in upkeep.
• Farmhouse02: house with a large door where you can store medium-sized machinery. $100,000 and $15 a month.
• Shed01: shed with a large door for small and medium equipment. $5,000 and $10 a month.
• Shed02: shed for small and medium machinery. $15,000 and $10 a month.

What it’s for on the farm

Farmhouse02 is especially practical: it works as both the farmhouse and a garage, like on traditional farms where the home and the stable shared a building. The sheds are very cheap and can hold a small tractor, a loader or implements.

Tips

Upkeep costs are very low, so it’s a good option for getting started. Measure your machinery carefully: neither the houses nor the sheds fit large equipment such as combines or high-horsepower tractors.

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Old Farm Package" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS25_houseOldPackage.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
3. Enable the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Place them from the construction menu: the houses under farmhouses and the sheds under sheds.
