- If you download it manually, copy the .jar as is, without unzipping it, into your mods folder: on Windows %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods.
- Open Hytale, right-click the world, check Subcaverna in the mod list and save the settings.
- In-game, build the mod's portal to travel to the cavern; whatever you build there is saved.
- If you're updating from an older version, back up your world: the author warns the mod is in early development.
