- Copy the .jar into the server's mods folder (for a local world, into %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods and enable it in the world settings).
- Restart the server so it generates the config.
- In-game, mark two corners with /pos1 and /pos2 or with /rg wand.
- Claim the area with /rg claim and set its rules with /rg flag allow|deny.
