- Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo VNL 2018 and Kenworth T680 2022 DLC
- For the trailer liveries: the Utility 3000R trailer (separate mod, not linked)

- Launch American Truck Simulator and wait for Steam to finish downloading the mod.
- Open your profile's Mod Manager and enable “Midwest Refrigerated Services”.
- Go to a service shop and pick the Midwest paintjob on the VNL 860, the Cascadia or the new T680.
- If you have the Utility 3000R trailer, buy it and apply one of its two liveries.
