After downloading

Download both parts: HUNGARY_MAP_byFrank007_v0.9.40_1.60.x.7z.001 and .7z.002.
Open only the .001 file with 7-Zip; it will also extract the .002 and join them.
Check that you get hungary_base, hungary_model and hungary_def (.scs).
Copy the three files into Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod and read the thread's description before you start.
Enable them in the Mod Manager.
