What this mod does
The Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class (W167) by Nimit is a drivable SUV for Euro Truck Simulator 2 that works on version 1.61, according to the author’s official thread on the SCS forum. It’s free and you buy it in-game at the mod dealer, under the Mercedes-Benz brand.
What’s included
- Detailed interior and exterior, made by DN Modding and Nimit.
- Front windows that open and windshield wipers with a stalk animation.
- Handbrake animation.
- Trailer hitch: the mod comes with its own car-hauler trailer.
- Engine and gearbox tuned so that 0-100, 0-200 and 0-250 km/h acceleration gets close to the real car’s.
How to get the most out of it
Top speed is only reached in sixth, so don’t stay in the lower gears on the highway. If you want to try the trailer, hook it up the way you would a truck trailer and take roundabouts easy.

The first post of the thread was last edited on September 5, 2026 with the 1.61 update (checked October 22, 2026). The file downloads from the Modsfire link the author posts in that thread. You’ll find more cars by this author in the cars for ETS2 category, like the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 2022.
