- Euro Truck Simulator 2 updated to version 1.61
- Sound Fixes Pack by Drive Safely, with high priority in the Mod Manager
- Schwarzmüller, Krone, TIRSAN, Schmitz Cargobull and Kögel Trailer Pack DLCs: optional, only for their reefers
- Steam account

- Open the “Reefer trailer sound addon for ETS2” page and click “Subscribe”.
- Launch ETS2 and go to the Mod Manager.
- Enable both mods and keep Sound Fixes Pack at high priority, as the author asks.
- Disable other road sound or trailer wheel sound mods.
- In Options > Audio, set the trailer noise slider to around 50%.
