After downloading

  1. Download Russia East Add-on 1.1 from TruckyMods.
  2. Copy the file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
  3. In the Mod Manager, place it above Trans-Siberian Truckway.
  4. Head to the Khabarovsk area to drive the rebuilt A370.
