What this mod does
Russia East Add-on is an expansion by Makssuper747 for the Trans-Siberian Truckway map. It focuses on the Russian Far East: it rebuilds the A370 highway, which had long, rough stretches in the original map, and fills it with towns. It came out in July 2026 and in under three months it already has more than 4,500 downloads.
What it adds
- About 300 km of the A370 rebuilt, with new scenery villages along the sides.
- Four new towns: Khor, Vyazemsky, Bikin and Luchegorsk.
- Visual improvements in Khor and the first rebuilt areas, plus bug fixes (version 1.1).
The author’s end goal is to rebuild the entire road between Khabarovsk and Vladivostok, so it’s a work in progress.
Requirements and load order
It needs the Trans-Siberian Truckway map, created by kwigdulah and ВЛАДЕЛЕЦ ДРУГ, whom the author thanks for the original map. The page doesn’t link its download, so you’ll have to find it on its authors’ channels. The add-on goes above Trans-Siberian Truckway in the Mod Manager.
Version
TruckyMods lists it for ETS2 1.60, but the description says it works on 1.61. Version 1.0 was announced as an early release that might have bugs.

How to install it
- Install Trans-Siberian Truckway from its authors' official channel.
- Download Russia East Add-on 1.1 from TruckyMods.
- Copy the file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, place it above Trans-Siberian Truckway.
- Head to the Khabarovsk area to drive the rebuilt A370.

Common problems
Does it work without Trans-Siberian Truckway?
No. It's an expansion for that map, and the author asks you to load it on top.
Does it work on ETS2 1.61?
TruckyMods lists it for 1.60, but the author's description says it works on 1.61.
Is it finished?
No. The goal is to rebuild the entire Khabarovsk–Vladivostok route; for now it covers about 300 km of the A370.
