What this mod does
Črni Kal is a mod by Kispál Marcell (HungaRebuild) and Grega1495 (Project Balkans) that brings the Črni Kal viaduct, one of the best-known in Slovenia, into the game and reworks the port of Koper and the A1 motorway that runs down to the coast. It’s available for ETS2 1.61.
What it changes
- The Črni Kal viaduct with realistic pillars; the 3D model is by Indian56, from the Hungary map team.
- New textures and vegetation on the A1 and in Koper, with improved motorway interchanges.
- A new area with a garage in Koper and reworked parts of the city.
Pick your variant
For 1.61 there are two files: one for ProMods 2.84 or later and another that works without ProMods. The version without ProMods requires the West Balkans, Greece, Road to the Black Sea, Scandinavia and Italia DLCs. The thread still has the versions for older games going back to 1.54, each tied to its ProMods version.
Before you install it
It’s a small, focused addition: it doesn’t expand the map, but improves a very busy stretch between Ljubljana and the Slovenian coast. The first post doesn’t give a load order; if you use the ProMods variant, the logical thing is to place it above ProMods and check the viaduct before continuing with your save.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open Kispál Marcell's official thread on the SCS forum.
- Download the 1.61 file that applies to you: PM 2.84+ or "No ProMods".
- Copy the .scs file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Activate it in the Mod Manager; with ProMods, place it above the ProMods files.
- Drive to Koper and check out the Črni Kal viaduct on the A1.
