What this mod does

Panamerica Map takes ETS2 to Argentine Patagonia. It’s a project by Peralta Mods, announced on the SCS forum, that currently covers the northeast of Chubut Province. It’s a recent beta: version b1.4 works on ETS2 1.61 and its file already declares compatibility up to 1.65.

Where you drive

Puerto Madryn, Trelew and Rawson.
Steppe landscapes and tourist areas like Puerto Madryn.
Large service stations with working rest areas on the national routes.
In b1.3, two new companies in Puerto Madryn and signage at intersections.

Requirements and compatibility

TruckyMods lists all ten map DLCs as requirements. The author also asks for a world map background that shows the region, though he doesn’t say which one to use. It’s compatible with map combinations (Map Combos), and for playing it with EAA Rescaled, Salty Leob has released a separate connection patch.

Before you install it

The author warns that there are still some distortions on the map and promises to fix them soon. For now only Argentina is available: the other countries you see on the map will come later.

How do you get to Argentina? Right now, access from Europe is the Valencia–Rawson ferry (Valencia is in the Iberia DLC, one of the ten required map DLCs). The author warns that this ferry doesn’t work well for very long deliveries because of the game’s delivery time and ferry limits, and he’s building the Santos–Chubut road (BR-101, BR-277, RN14 and RN3), from Santos (Brazil) to Puerto Madryn, to replace it with a Europoort–Santos ferry. That road is still in development.

What’s there and what isn’t: as of October 22, 2026, only northeastern Chubut (Argentina) is playable. The other countries marked on the map are future expansion areas that don’t exist yet. How to install it

Open the map's page on TruckyMods and download version b1.4.
Copy the file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod (or install it with the TruckyMods manager).
Also install a world map background that shows the region.
Activate the mod in the Mod Manager; if you use EAA Rescaled, add Salty Leob's patch.
Look for Puerto Madryn, Trelew or Rawson on the in-game map.

Common problems

What area does it cover?

The northeast of Chubut Province (Argentina), with Puerto Madryn, Trelew and Rawson.

Is it compatible with other maps?

The author says it's compatible with Map Combos, and there's a separate patch for EAA Rescaled.

Do I need anything besides the map?

Yes: the author asks for a world map background that shows the region, though he doesn't say which one.

Is it finished?

No. It's a beta with some distortions that the author promises to fix.

How do I get to Patagonia from Europe?

With the Valencia–Rawson ferry, which needs the Iberia DLC. The author is preparing a road route from Santos (Brazil) that isn't finished yet.

Does it work on ETS2 1.62?

b1.4 declares compatibility from 1.61 to 1.65 in its manifest; the author released it as an emergency version in case he can't update after 1.62, so it may break on the beta.

Is it an official SCS DLC?

No. It's a free mod by Peralta Mods; SCS doesn't sell any South America DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
