What this mod does

The Large Package Of Houses by Rajot GPLAY brings together 13 placeable homes for building a village or adding variety to your map’s residential area. Several are multi-family houses inspired by the climate and architecture of Eastern Europe, a style you rarely see in the base game.

What’s included

What it’s for

The houses don’t produce anything, but they’re key if you enjoy building mode or play on an empty map you want to bring to life. They also come in handy in roleplay savegames, where each player can have their own home. With 13 models you can build anything from a hamlet to a small neighborhood next to the farm.

Keep in mind

The pack is big, about 90 MB, which can make your savegame take longer to load. The mod page doesn’t list each house’s name or price, so check them in the shop. It’s on PC/Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 and doesn’t need any other mods. If you only want one home, the same author also has Elegant House.

How to install it

1. Open the game's Mods/ModHub menu (on PC or console) and search for "Large Package Of Houses", or download FS25_BigFarmHousePack.zip from the official mod page.
2. If you download it manually on PC, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
3. Enable the mod when you load or create your savegame.
4. Find the houses in the shop, in the farmhouses section, and place the ones you want.
