What this mod does
Medium Biogas Plant Package, by RLSF-Modding, adds two medium-sized PlanET-branded biogas plants. They’re placeable productions for making use of energy crops and livestock waste on your own farm.
What’s included
- 400 kW plant: $900,000 and $25 a day in upkeep.
- 750 kW plant: $1,250,000 and $50 a day.
- They accept the usual biogas plant inputs and potatoes as well.
What it’s for on the farm
Your own biogas plant gives you an outlet for silage, manure or slurry without depending on the map’s selling points. Accepting potatoes is handy if you grow a lot of them and the selling price is low, or if you have lower-quality batches.
Tips
Before buying, work out whether your silage and waste output justifies the investment: it’s expensive, and the 750 kW plant needs a lot of feedstock to run at full capacity. Place it near the silos and the barn to shorten your trips. Version 1.0.0.1 adjusts the slurry input of the 750 kW plant and fixes a bunker texture on the 400 kW one.

How to install it
- Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Medium Biogas Plant Package" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
- If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS25_MediumBiogasPlantPackage.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
- Enable the mod when you create or load your savegame.
- Place it from the construction menu, under productions, and fill it with silage, slurry, manure or other accepted products.
