What this mod does
Modern House Set, by Redphoenix, is a pack of modern European-style homes, both single-family and multi-family, to place as decoration on your map. It’s one of the most complete house sets on the Farming Simulator 25 ModHub.
What’s included
- 13 house types, each with several variants: 468 houses in total.
- Normal and mirrored versions of each model.
- 9 texture sets.
- Configurable solar panels.
- Plants that appear in summer.
- Room lights that turn on and off at different times of day.
What it’s for
It’s not a functional home but highly detailed decoration. Use it to bring a village to life, build a housing development next to your farm or replace the farmhouse with something more modern. The timed lights make the area look lived-in at night.
Tips
The pack weighs 152 MB, quite a lot for a decoration mod, and many houses together can hurt performance, especially on console. Place a few first, check how your savegame runs and then add more. The mod page doesn’t list prices.
