What this mod does

Old Manure Heap is a pack of old, weathered-looking manure heaps by BlackSheep Modding. It’s for storing the manure from your barns and pigsties in one spot on the farm, and it looks especially good on old or traditional-style farms, where a brand-new concrete manure heap would look out of place.

Sizes and prices

• L-shaped: 8 x 8 x 3 m, 1,500,000 liters, $10,000 ($10 a day). You can pick a left or right version.
• Small: 10 x 8 x 3 m, 2,000,000 liters, $12,000.
• Medium: 14 x 10 x 3 m, 3,000,000 liters, $15,000.
• Large: 20 x 12 x 3 m, 5,000,000 liters, $20,000.

How to use it

You buy it in construction mode, under the silo extensions category. Since it’s an extension, it works as additional storage: place it near the barn or wherever you unload manure so you don’t have to make long trips with the trailer. The L-shaped version fits nicely into corners of the yard.

It’s very lightweight (1.73 MB), needs no other mods and is rated 4.7 out of 5 from almost 500 votes. Upkeep ranges from $10 to $20 a day depending on the size.

How to install it

1. Open the ModHub from the game menu (PC/Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S or Nintendo Switch 2), search for "Old Manure Heap" and download it.
2. On PC/Mac you can also download FS25_Old_Manure_Heap.zip from the official ModHub page.
3. If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
4. Activate the mod when you load or create your savegame.
5. In construction mode, find it under silos, in the silo extensions section, and pick the size.
