What this mod does

Modern Barn With Workshop is a modern barn by ikas with three doors, a window and a built-in workshop. According to the author, you can use it to store, repair or upgrade machines and vehicles, so it does two jobs at once: garage and your own maintenance point right on your farm.

What it’s for

Having a workshop on the farm saves you trips to the dealer every time a machine needs repairs or you want to change its configuration. With three doors, you can drive several vehicles in and keep them under cover, and the teleport makes it easier to get back to base on large maps.

Platforms

Available on PC/Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. It’s 8.5 MB and doesn’t need any other mods or DLC.

Tip: place it near the main exit of your yard so big machines can get in and out without tricky maneuvering.

How to install it

1. On console: open the ModHub from the game menu, search for "Modern Barn With Workshop" and download it.
2. On PC/Mac: download it from the in-game ModHub or get FS25_ModernGarage.zip from the official mod page.
3. If you download it manually, copy the .zip without unzipping it into Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
4. Enable the mod when you load or create your savegame.
5. Place it from the construction menu, under sheds.
