Download Alec’s Tamework for Hytale
You're leaving Holymod for CurseForge, the mod's official source. First, check you have everything so it works the first time.
Before you download
- Hytale (Early Access) on PC, version 0.7 (5.0.0 file); server 0.6.0 or later
- No external dependencies: it includes Patchwork, Beacon and Creditor
- A mod that uses it, like Alec's Animal Husbandry or Alec's Cats, to notice any change

- Open the Alec's Tamework page on CurseForge and click Install to install it with the CurseForge app, or download version 5.0.0 (tagged 0.6) from the Files tab.
- If you download it manually, copy the file as is, without unzipping it, into the mods folder: on Windows, %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods.
- Also install the mod that needs it, for example Alec's Animal Husbandry, and check that its version is compatible with Tamework 5.
- Open Hytale, right-click the world, check Alec's Tamework and the mod that uses it in the mod list and save the world settings.
- On a dedicated server, place the files in the server's mods folder and restart it; on first startup it will import your saved companions.
