- Launch American Truck Simulator and wait for Steam to finish downloading the mod.
- In your profile's Mod Manager, enable "CAT C15 6NZ Stock sound".
- Go to a service shop and fit a CAT C15 6NZ engine (on the SCS Peterbilt 389 and W900 it replaces the stock C15).
