Download Detroit Diesel DD Series Stock Sound for American Truck Simulator

Before you download

  • American Truck Simulator 1.58 (compatible with 1.57 and 1.58 according to the author)
  • No DLC required
  • An SCS Freightliner Cascadia or Western Star

After downloading

  1. Download version 4.0.
  2. Copy the .scs file to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
  3. Enable it in the Mod Manager above any other sound mods.
  4. In Options > Audio, turn the engine, exhaust and turbo volumes all the way up, as the author recommends.
  5. Fit a Detroit DD13, DD15 or DD16 engine to your Cascadia or Western Star.
