- Launch American Truck Simulator and wait for Steam to finish downloading the mod.
- Open your profile's Mod Manager and enable “Ford F-150 & Bronco Realistic Upgrades: Coyote V8 Swaps & Superchargers & More”.
- Go to the upgrade shop with the F-150 or Bronco and choose the new engine, gearbox or tank.
- If you use another engine mod for the same cars, enable only one to avoid conflicts.
