- Wait for Steam to download it and launch American Truck Simulator.
- In the Mod Manager, enable Kenworth K100E and confirm the changes.
- In your save, look for the truck at a Kenworth dealer or at the modded truck dealer.
- Pick the cabin and configuration, and buy it.
