What this mod does
Jazzycat’s Bus Traffic Pack is the most complete traffic bus pack for Euro Truck Simulator 2. It adds 43 bus and coach models with 1,332 paint jobs that drive around roads and cities under AI control.
What’s included
- Models from Setra, Neoplan, Volvo, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Irizar, Ayats, Temsa, Irisbus, Ikarus, Jelcz, Karosa, Caetano and Optare.
- Standalone vehicles: they don’t replace the game’s own.
- Works on any map, including modded maps.
- Compatible with Jazzycat’s other traffic packs.
Important: you can’t drive them
These are traffic buses, not vehicles you can buy. ETS2 doesn’t have drivable coaches yet: SCS is working on a Coaches mode with models like the double-decker Volvo 9700, the Scania Touring and the MAN Lion’s Coach, but with no release date. In the meantime, this pack is the simplest and safest way to see real coaches on your routes, without resorting to dubious conversions from other simulators.
Version
Version 18.2 added new buses with paint jobs from real European operators and adjusted which countries each one appears in. 18.2.1 is the compatibility update for ETS2 1.61.
If you want to see these buses more often, you can combine it with a mod that removes SCS’s traffic buses, such as Kass’s.

How to install it
- Open the pack's page on Jazzycat's ModLand account.
- Download the version 18.2.1 file.
- Copy the .scs file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Start the game and enable Bus Traffic Pack by Jazzycat in the Mod Manager.
- If you use other Jazzycat traffic packs, keep them together in the load order.
- Load your profile and drive through highways and cities to see the new buses.
Common problems
Can I drive these buses?
No. They're AI-controlled traffic vehicles; the pack doesn't add buses to the dealer.
Does it work with ProMods or other maps?
The author says it works on any map because the buses are standalone.
Why do I see so few new buses?
They share slots with the SCS buses. A mod that removes the default buses from traffic makes the pack's buses appear more often.
Does it affect performance?
It's a big pack (over 400 MB). On lower-end PCs it can make the game take longer to load.
