What this mod does
The MAN TGX E6 by Gloover is the best-known alternative to the MAN TGX Euro 6 that comes with the game. Gloover has maintained it for years on the official SCS Software forum, where the thread runs to more than a hundred pages of posts, and it’s often referenced in skin packs and combos by other creators.
What it is
It’s a reworked version of the TGX Euro 6, the MAN that came before the current TGX range. The goal is to offer a more detailed truck with more customization options than the stock model, and it serves as the base for many real-company skins that other authors release separately.
It starts from SCS Software’s base model and offers XL, XLX and XXL cabs with 4×2, 6×2 (midlift and taglift), 6×4 and 8×4 chassis. Credits go to Gloover and Sogard3, and the author allows sharing it as long as his original link and the credits are kept.
Version status
According to the title of the official thread, the current version is 2.2, made for game version 1.59 and released on May 6, 2026. If you play on 1.61, check the thread before installing it in case the author has released a revision.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants a previous-generation MAN with a better finish than the stock one, or who needs this specific model to use company skins designed for it.
Gloover sells other paid add-ons separately in his Gumroad store (for example for the MAN TG3), which aren’t needed for this mod.

How to install it
- Open the mod's official thread on the SCS Software forum.
- Find the download link for version 2.2 (or the latest) in the first post.
- Copy the .scs files to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Start the game and enable the mod in the Mod Manager.
- Place any skins or add-ons that depend on it above it in the load order.
- Find the truck at the MAN dealer.
