What this mod does

Bale Storage, by Kastor (D-S-Agrarservice), is a bale storage area to place at the edge of a field or in your farmyard. It’s a simple, cheap way to keep bales neatly stored without building a shed.

Variants

• Bale storage 150: 150 bales, $2,000, about 12 x 6 meters.
• Bale storage 350: 350 bales, $2,200, about 24 x 6 meters.
• Bale storage 800: 800 bales, $2,500, about 24 x 10 meters.
• No daily upkeep cost.

What it’s for on the farm

It lets you leave bales next to the field where they were made and pick them up when you need them, or build a reserve next to the barn. Since they’re gathered in a storage area, the map doesn’t fill up with loose bales, which also helps your savegame’s performance.

Tips

Given the price, you can put several around the farm: a small one in each meadow area and a big one next to the animals. Version 1.1.0.0, from August 2026, integrates the visual features of the Object Storage Visuals mod and optimizes the file; you don’t need to install anything else. It weighs just 0.17 MB.

Requirements

• Farming Simulator 25 on PC/Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S or Nintendo Switch 2
• About 1 MB of free space

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Bale Storage" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS25_ObjectBaleStorage.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
3. Enable the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Place it from the construction menu, under storage, and unload the bales in its input area.
