What this mod does
The Cowshed 3+3 is a free-stall barn for 200 cows made by 20mmNormandy, from the Dutch group Dutch Modding Inc. It’s a large, modern building for anyone who wants to run a serious dairy operation without spreading their herd across several small barns.
Features
- Capacity: 200 cows.
- Price: $400,000, with $300 a month in upkeep.
- Feed alley down the middle of the building, so you can deliver forage from inside.
- Straw is also added in the middle, near the front door, on the milk tank side.
- Animals enter through the doors at the front right of the building.
- Color can be configured when you buy it.
Platforms and requirements
It’s available on PC/Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, weighs about 10 MB and doesn’t need any other mods or DLC. Version 1.1 fixed buffalo milk loading.
Tips
Before placing it, leave open space on the milk tank side so the truck or tanker can maneuver easily. With 200 head, forage and straw consumption is high: it’s worth having silos and a bale storage nearby so you don’t waste time on every delivery.

How to install it
- On console: open the ModHub from the game menu, search for "Cowshed 3+3" and download it.
- On PC/Mac: download it from the in-game ModHub or get FS25_largeCowshed3_3.zip from the official mod page.
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
- Enable the mod when you load or create your savegame.
- Place it from the construction menu, in the Animal Pens section.
