What this mod does

The Farmhouse Package Volume 2 by [DMI]20mmNormandy brings together two old-style farmhouses with room for animals at the back, plus three sheds. It’s ideal for traditional farms where the home and the livestock share a building.

What’s included

• Farmhouse01: a large farmhouse with room for 12 cows and a small storage area. $100,000.
• Farmhouse02: a large farmhouse with a machinery area and 15 sheep at the back. $100,000.
• Bench: adds the sleep point to the farmhouse. $100.
• Sheds 1a and 1b (with and without doors) and shed 2 with a workshop: $5,000 each.

How to use it

The farmhouses work as animal pens. To make them work as a home too, place the bench next to them: that way you can sleep and skip the night. The wood can be recolored and there are two roof colors. Shed 2 has a workshop area inside for repairing your machines.

Who it’s for

Perfect for starting a small savegame with cows or sheep in a rustic setting. It works on PC/Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, weighs about 19 MB and doesn’t need any other mods. Version 1.1 fixed Farmhouse01’s triggers.

How to install it

1. Open the game's Mods/ModHub menu (on PC or console) and search for "Farmhouse Package Volume 2", or download FS25_oldFarmhousePackageVol2.zip from the official mod page.
2. If you download it manually on PC, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
3. Enable the mod when you load or create your savegame.
4. Buy the farmhouse in the shop (cow or sheep pens) and place it.
5. Place the bench next to it so you can sleep there.
