What this mod does
Estancia Lapacho was the South American map from the Platinum Edition of Farming Simulator 17. naimog mod has adapted it to Farming Simulator 25 and released it for free on the official ModHub, where it’s highly rated among South American maps.
What it offers
- Over 30 fields to farm.
- A port for selling grain and a rail grain selling point.
- Market, sawmill, sugarcane processing plant and biogas plant.
- Animal dealer and two forest areas for forestry work.
What’s new in 1.1.0.0
The June 2026 update expanded the land you can buy, added ground textures for landscaping mode and added ten new tree models.
Dependencies
The map won’t start without three packs by the same author: Lapacho Farm House, Lapacho Warehouse and Lapacho Decoration. All three are on the ModHub.
Who it’s for
It’s a good fit if you like large Latin American-style maps with sugarcane and large-scale grain sales, and if you played the FS17 version and want to return to it with FS25’s graphics and mechanics.

How to install it
- On PS5 or Xbox: open the in-game ModHub, search for "Estancia Lapacho" and download it along with Lapacho Farm House, Lapacho Warehouse and Lapacho Decoration.
- On PC/Mac you can use the in-game ModHub or download all four .zip files from their official ModHub pages.
- If you download them manually, copy the .zip files unextracted into Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2025/mods.
- Create a new savegame and choose Estancia Lapacho as your map.
- Make sure all three Lapacho mods show as enabled in the mod list.

Common problems
The map doesn't show up or a building is missing
You're missing one of the three Lapacho mods (Farm House, Warehouse or Decoration). Download them from the ModHub and enable them.
Is it the same map as in FS17?
It's an adaptation of that map to FS25, with improved textures, more trees and more buyable land since 1.1.0.0.
Is it on consoles?
Yes, the ModHub publishes it for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, as well as PC/Mac.
