Placeable Hedges for Farming Simulator 25

What this mod does

Placeable Hedges adds hedges you can place freely on the map. It’s the work of Katsuo, from the Modding Association, who ported it from the Farming Simulator 22 version, and it’s one of the most downloaded decoration mods on the FS25 ModHub.

What it’s for on the farm

Hedges are a classic of the European farming landscape. You can use them to mark the boundaries between fields, enclose a meadow, line the driveway to your farm or hide less attractive spots, like a manure heap or a machinery yard. They help a farm built from scratch look like part of its surroundings.

Tips

Mix heights: low hedges along roads, so they don’t block your view while driving, and tall ones around sheds. Since you pay per section, you can enclose large perimeters without spending much money. If you also want metal fences, the same team publishes a double-wire fence pack.

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Placeable Hedges" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS25_MA_hedgePlaceable.zip without unzipping it into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods.
3. Enable the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Place them from the construction menu, under decoration, choosing the hedge section and height.
