What this mod does
The Pichonnière Valley is one of the best-rated European maps on the Farming Simulator 25 ModHub. Blacksheep Modding recreates a real dairy farm in the Sarthe, France, near the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, with the farmer’s permission to recreate the farm, the barns and the dealership.
What’s included
- 111 fields for crops or meadows and 7 forest plots.
- Main dairy farm, crop farm, three small farms to develop, a vegetable garden and a pig farm, plus buildable areas.
- A wide range of productions: dairy, sugar mill, carpentry shop, sawmill, soup factory, flour mill, oil mill, cement factory, fertilizer and herbicide plant, fish farm, livestock market, rail silo and pallet warehouse.
- Extra crops such as mustard, rye, triticale, spelt, alfalfa, clover or silage corn.
- 20 puzzle pieces scattered around La Chapelle-Saint-Fray to rebuild a mill museum.
Versions
Version 1.1.0.0 was a major overhaul (about 250 MB of optimization, new ground textures, a storage building, seed production) and requires starting a new savegame. Version 1.1.0.2 improves the rain effects when driving fast. It’s compatible with Precision Farming.
Before playing, you need to install eight building mods that the author links on the official mod page.

How to install it
- On console: search for The Pichonnière Valley in the in-game ModHub; the game will also ask you to download the required mods.
- On PC/Mac: download the map's .zip from its ModHub page.
- Download the eight required mods from their official pages.
- Copy all the .zip files without unzipping them to Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2025/mods.
- Start a new savegame, pick the map and check that the required mods are enabled.

Can I keep playing my savegame from a version older than 1.1.0.0?
No. The author says 1.1.0.0 needs a new savegame.
