What this mod does
The climb from La Bollène-Vésubie to the Col de Turini is one of the most famous stages of the Monte Carlo Rally; it was SS15 in the 2020 edition. wmialil, who releases his stages under the SuperStage name, modeled it from scratch in Blender: 10 km of mountain tarmac with back-to-back hairpins.
What’s included
- Full Custom Shaders Patch integration, ambient sound effects and new replay cameras.
- Rebuilt physics mesh, revised textures, spectators, vehicles, houses and trees.
- On the author’s website there’s a full version with a reverse route and 24 starting positions for online play, at a pay-what-you-want price.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants to relive the Turini in a Group B, a WRC car or any rally car. It’s a short, very technical stage, ideal for repeated runs and lowering your times. It’s rated 4.91 out of 5 on OverTake from almost fifty ratings.
Version
The big April 2022 update rebuilt the stage almost entirely and removed a bug with WeatherFX. Shortly after, the «No Track Found» error when installing manually was fixed; it didn’t affect anyone using Content Manager.
