What this mod does
In Road Trip mode, the pickup bed rides empty. Pickup Load Pack, by Pinga, fills it with 23 visible loads, and the author promises more. It’s designed for the Ford F-150 from the Road Trip: Ford DLC, which you need to own.
What you should know
- The loads are visual only: SCS doesn’t yet allow this type of Road Trip cargo to have weight. The author will add weight if SCS enables it.
- It includes a setup for the F-150 that keeps the cargo from appearing on the seats or inside the cab.
- It’s compatible with Jon Ruda’s pickups, and other modders can adapt theirs with a load_bed accessory that marks where the cargo goes.
Reported issues
It weighs more than 800 MB. One user sees the cargo and the bed disappear with two of the suspensions from kuramochia’s F-150 mod. Another says that in Convoy he can’t see his friend’s cargo, and his friend can’t see his. Some users asked to bring back F-150 parts the author removed from the mod. Sherman’s Ford F-150 Add-ons is declared incompatible with this pack, although one user says it works for him. The author handles bugs and suggestions on his Discord.

How to install it
- Open the "Pickup Load Pack" page on Steam Workshop and click "Subscribe".
- Launch American Truck Simulator and wait for Steam to finish downloading the mod.
- Open the Mod Manager in your profile and enable "Pickup Load Pack".
- Load your profile, switch to Road Trip mode and take a job with the F-150 or another compatible pickup.
- If the cargo doesn't show up, check for other cargo or F-150 mods that might conflict.

Common problems
Do the loads have weight?
No. They're decorative because SCS doesn't yet allow weight on this type of cargo.
Does it work with other pickups?

One user says he can't see his teammates' cargo; the author hasn't replied.
