What this mod does
The AMC Jeep CJ7 is the quintessential classic off-roader, the one built from 1976 to 1986. Indonesian modder Ananda Andika Bagaskara Putra (known as Babeh in ETS2) released it for free on the official SCS Software forum for Euro Truck Simulator 2 on October 23, 2026, with a sister version for American Truck Simulator in a separate thread.
What’s included
- Compatible with ETS2 1.61 and later, according to the author.
- Animated suspension.
- Left- or right-hand drive in the ETS2 version.
- Two tire types and four wheel options.
- You can pick it with or without doors, and the same goes for the roof.

The forum thread links to the .rar file on Sharemods, the host the author uses (it’s about 37 MB). The only reply is from a forum veteran: «it’s a fun car to drive, thanks.» The author doesn’t say where to buy it; like most cars, look for it through the mod dealer access at any truck dealership. If you want to see how it handles, the first post includes an official showcase video. The same author publishes other cars on ModLand and in his Gumroad store, including the Volvo 240 Estate, the Toyota Hilux Champ and several free Toyotas with pages on Holymod.

Requirements
- Euro Truck Simulator 2 updated to version 1.61
- Download from the author's thread on the SCS forum (file hosted on Sharemods)
- No DLC or other mods required
How to install it
- Open the author's thread on the SCS forum and click the download link in the first post.
- Download the .rar file from Sharemods, the host the author uses.
- Extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Open ETS2, go to the Mod Manager and enable the car.
- In your save, go to any truck dealership and enter the mod dealer access.
- Buy the Jeep, choose left- or right-hand drive and whichever doors and roof you want.
Common problems
Can you remove the roof?
Yes: the author lets you choose it with or without doors and with or without the roof.
Does it have right-hand drive?
Yes, the ETS2 version offers both left- and right-hand drive.
Is there an ATS version?
Yes, the author publishes it in another thread on the SCS forum.
