What this mod does
Arnook’s Container Pack is a container pack by Arnook for Euro Truck Simulator 2. It uses SCS’s container carriers, so it works with their configurations (single, double, etc.), and adds lots of new types and paint jobs.
What’s included
- Standard and High Cube corrugated containers in 20, 2×20, 40 and 45 ft.
- Reefer, tank, flatrack, open-top and curtainsider containers.
- Its own cargoes on the Freight Market and support for owned trailers.
- Stock container cargoes get the new paint jobs automatically, and all variants show up in traffic.
As in the original game, the paint job of each container is picked at random by the game.
Version
On September 17, 2026, the author updated the manifest for 1.61, though they flagged it as untested and announced a minor fix. In January 2026 they added paint jobs for the 20 ft tank containers and support for hydrogen and battery cargoes.
Credits and support
The base containers are by SCS; JUseeTV made new models and chassis, MDModder adapted the tanks, and Arnook made the paint jobs and definitions. Support is only provided on the official SCS forum, where older versions are also available.

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to finish downloading (it's about 5.4 GB).
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable “Arnook's Container Pack”.
- On the Freight Market, look for cargoes like “Box Container”, “Reefer Container HC” or “ISO Tank Container”.
- If you have an owned trailer, buy an SCS container carrier at the trailer dealer and choose the configuration you want.

Do I have to buy new trailers?
Not necessarily: the containers appear on the Freight Market and you can also use them with owned trailers.
How do I find the pack's cargoes?
Look for names like “Box Container”, “Reefer Container HC”, “ISO Tank Container”, “Flatrack container”, “Open-Top container” or “Curtainsider Container”.
Where do I get help if something breaks?
The author only provides support in their thread on the official SCS forum.
