What this mod does
Devil Lightsign is a mod by FLVinge [DK], author of the BDF Tandem Truck Pack, that adds a roof grille with a light sign, both parts in chrome, to some trucks in Euro Truck Simulator 2. It has over 190,000 subscribers.
Compatible trucks
- Scania R with the Topline cab.
- Scania Streamline.
- Volvo FH 2009 with the Globetrotter XL cab.
- Volvo FH 2012 with the Globetrotter XL cab.
Attachment points
It adds about 165 points on the front, sides and rear of the truck for placing other accessories. It’s designed to be used with Devil Accessory, by the same author, which brings lights, antennas and a CB radio.
What players say
There are unanswered questions about 1.54 and 1.55, one player says it doesn’t work for them, and another reports that the game crashes with the newer Volvo FH trucks. Several ask for it to be extended to the MAN TGX 2020 and other trucks.
Version
The author doesn’t state a game version. The latest update is from October 27, 2024. Keep in mind it only works on the four models listed: it doesn’t show up on the Volvo FH series 3 to 6 or on other trucks.

How to install it
- Open the “Devil Lightsign” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Launch Euro Truck Simulator 2 and wait for Steam to finish the download.
- Open your profile's Mod Manager, enable the mod and confirm the changes.
- At the service shop, customize one of the compatible trucks and pick the grille with the light sign.
- If you want more lights, also subscribe to Devil Accessory and place them on the new points.
