What this mod does
The Krone LHV Type 3 Trailer Pack is a mod by Sebastian7870, the same author behind the Swap Body Carrier Chassis Pack and the Krone Profi Box Carrier Pack. It adds Krone long heavy vehicle (LHV) type 3 combinations to the game, known in Germany as «Lang-LKW Typ 3».
What it brings
These extra-long combinations run legally, under their own rules, in countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Spain. The mod brings them to ETS2 using the author’s own swap bodies and swap body carrier chassis. Version 1.0.2 raised the maximum cargo volume of the configurations to better simulate a full truck, and 1.0.3 fixes accessory names and text for 1.61.
How it works
The file is tiny (105 KB) because it doesn’t include new models: it combines content from the Krone Trailer Pack DLC with two of the author’s mods that you do need to install separately, the Swap Body Carrier Chassis Pack and the Krone Swap Body Pack. It won’t work without them.
Who it’s for
For anyone already using Sebastian7870’s swap body carrier chassis who wants to go a step further with long Nordic- or German-style combinations. If you don’t have the Krone DLC, this mod isn’t for you.

How to install it
- Check that you have the Krone Trailer Pack DLC installed.
- Subscribe on Steam Workshop to the Krone Swap Body Pack and the Swap Body Carrier Chassis Pack (Steam suggests them as required items).
- Subscribe to the Krone LHV Type 3 Trailer Pack.
- Open ETS2, go to the Mod Manager and enable all three mods.
- Place LHV Type 3 above its two dependencies in the load order and confirm.
- Load your save and look for the new Krone configurations.
Common problems
Does it work without the Krone DLC?
No. The pack depends on the Krone Swap Body Pack, which needs the official Krone Trailer Pack DLC.
Why is the file only 105 KB?
Because it reuses models from the Krone DLC and the author's other two mods; that's why installing them is mandatory.
What changed in the 1.61 version?
1.0.3 fixes accessory names and text in game version 1.61.
