What this mod does
Sebastian7870‘s Krone Swap Body Pack isn’t a trailer you buy at the dealer, but a dependency: a package of Krone swap body models and textures that other mods load to mount these bodies on swap body carriers and trailers. On its own it adds almost nothing to the game, apart from a few experimental invisible trailers.
What it contains
- 14 Krone swap body models with door variants.
- 50 company and manufacturer skins and 15 slots for custom skins.
- 28 cargo models (plus 2) for the flatbed-type bodies.
- LOD models, unused for now.
All the models, textures and implementation are the author’s own work.
Which mods need it
It’s required by, among others, the Krone Profi Box Carrier Pack, the Swap Body Carrier Chassis Pack and the Krone LHV Type 3 Trailer Pack. If you use any of them, install this pack and place it below them in the Mod Manager.
Requirements and version
It needs the Krone Trailer Pack DLC. Version 1.4.6.6 is for ETS2 1.61; the thread keeps 1.4.6.5 for 1.58 to 1.60 and older files. The invisible trailers aren’t officially supported by SCS.

How to install it
- Open Sebastian7870's official thread on the SCS forum and download version 1.4.6.6 (or subscribe on Steam Workshop).
- Unzip the .zip and copy the mod file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Also install the swap body carrier or trailer mod that needs it.
- In the Mod Manager, place the mod that uses the bodies above and the Krone Swap Body Pack below.
- Make sure the Krone Trailer Pack DLC is active before loading your save.

Common problems
Why don't I see anything new in the game?
Because it's a dependency: it provides models and textures that other mods use. On its own it only adds experimental invisible trailers.
Do I need the Krone DLC?
Yes, the author says the Krone Trailer Pack is required.
Is there a version for 1.60?
Yes. The thread keeps 1.4.6.5 for 1.58, 1.59 and 1.60.
Can I make my own skins?
Yes. There's a template package and 15 slots for custom skins.
