What this mod does
The 2012 Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG is the most extreme version of the G-Class (W463) of that era. Nimit turns it into a car you can buy and drive in Euro Truck Simulator 2. It’s not the 2022 G63, which has its own page. He publishes it for free on his verified ModLand account, crediting Nimit, Mert İrşi, Slav Jerry and Elaman.
What the author says
The ModLand page is brief: the changelog only says that version 5.7 of the mod is updated for game version 1.59, with no details on equipment or options. The file is 69.95 MB and has 489 downloads on ModLand.
Driving tip
Before you push it hard, keep its physics in mind: according to the author, it handles very poorly in corners and rolls over easily. To drive it better, open the developer console with the ` key and type «g_suspension_stiffness 1».
How to get it
Like Nimit’s other cars, you buy it at the mod dealer entrance in any truck dealer (that’s what the author says for his other cars). Look for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Version and known issues
Nimit confirms 1.59 in the title and the changelog. There’s no confirmed version for 1.61, so it may throw errors there; Holyfix will let you know if it does. He also publishes an ATS version on the same account.
