What this mod does
The Volkswagen Touareg 7L is the first generation of Volkswagen’s big SUV, the 2002-2010 one, sibling of the original Porsche Cayenne. Nimit turns it into a vehicle you buy and drive in Euro Truck Simulator 2; it’s a different mod from the Touareg 7P (second generation), which also has its own page on Holymod. He publishes it for free on his verified ModLand account, with credits to Nimit, Mert İrşi, Azorax Modding and GGGoulart Designer.
What the author says
The ModLand page is brief: the changelog only says that version 3.0 of the mod is updated for game version 1.54, with no details on equipment or options. The file is 9.84 MB and has 564 downloads on ModLand, where it was uploaded a year ago (ModLand only shows relative dates). Nimit asks that the link not be changed and the file not be re-uploaded.
How to get it
Like the rest of Nimit’s cars, you buy it in the mod dealer section of any truck dealership (that’s what the author states for his other cars). Look for the Volkswagen brand.
Version and known issues
Nimit confirms 1.54 in the title and in the changelog. There’s no confirmed version for 1.61, so it may throw errors there; Holyfix will let you know if so. He also publishes the American Truck Simulator version on the same account.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on ModLand (Nimit's verified account) and click the download button.
- Download the file from Modsfire, the external host the page links to.
- If it comes compressed, extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the car.
- In your save, go to any truck dealer and enter the mod dealer section.
- Pick Volkswagen, buy the car and assign it as your vehicle.
