What this mod does
The Ford Focus Mk3 is the third generation of Ford’s compact, very popular in Spain and Latin America. Turkish modder Berat Afsin publishes it for free on his ModLand account for Euro Truck Simulator 2 as a car you buy and drive, with two body styles and a huge catalog of parts to customize it.
What’s included
- Two cabs: hatchback and sedan, with an optional sunroof.
- Custom FMOD engine sound, in gas and diesel versions.
- Window and gear animations, RS kit, lowered ride height («lowdeck») and American-style parking.
- Options for front and rear bumpers, headlights, fog lights, side skirts, spoilers (including a tall one for the sedan), wheels, door handles, mirror caps, hood decals and license plates.
Version and open questions
This is version 4.1 and the author states in the title that it works on 1.60 and 1.61; ModLand’s table lists it as 1.60.x and it’s 150.75 MB with nearly 1,200 downloads in two months. In the comments, one user says it «needs an update for 1.60» and another points out that the file is dated June 8, 2023 and hasn’t changed, so the content may be the same as that version. If it throws errors, Holyfix will tell you. The author forbids editing it or taking parts out of the mod.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on ModLand (Berat Afsin's account) and click the download button.
- Download the file from the external host the page links to.
- If it comes compressed, extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the car.
- In your save, go to any truck dealer and enter the mod dealer section.
- Buy the car and assign it as your vehicle.
