The John Deere 445 is a 2WD lawn tractor from John Deere’s 400 series. SleutjesModding presents it as a versatile, efficient machine for the farm and pairs it with a good assortment of its own attachments.

• Price: $4,995. Power: 23 hp. Speed: 20 km/h. Fuel tank: 24 liters.
• Options: front weight, three-point hitch, mower hitch, front hitch for loader and blade, tires and colors.

Included attachments

• Bag 445 grass collector: $1,050, with capacities of 350 and 4,500 liters according to the mod page.
• 1.8 m snow blade: $1,450.
• 0.80 m plow: $850.
• Deck 60 mower deck, 1.8 m: $2,500.
• Pallet fork ($450), PickUp collector ($350) and loader bucket ($2,499).

What it’s for

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "John Deere 445 And Utilitys" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_JohnDeere445.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Buy it in the shop under Small Tractors and add the attachments you plan to use.
