Recommended specs go up to a Core i5-5675C or Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 1060 or RX 570, with the same 8 GB of RAM. It has a native Mac version, not a Linux one, and on Steam Deck it’s rated «Playable». It’s much lighter than Farming Simulator 25.

Does it run on a laptop or integrated graphics?
The minimum is a 2 GB dedicated card from the GTX 660 era (2012), so any laptop with a dedicated GPU from recent years meets it. Integrated graphics aren’t in the official requirements: GIANTS doesn’t guarantee them, although recent integrated GPUs are much more powerful than those from a few years ago. If your machine is borderline, start with an official map and lower shadows, foliage and resolution.
Settings for low-end PCs
- Resolution and scaling: lowering the render resolution gives the biggest boost on older cards.
- Shadows, foliage and view distance: these are the heaviest settings on maps with forests and tall crops.
- SSD: it’s not in the requirements, but it greatly shortens loading for savegames with lots of mods.
- Official maps first: check how the game runs without mods before loading a big map.

GIANTS doesn’t give «with mods» requirements. What you can measure is each mod’s size on the ModHub, listed on every Holymod mod page:

The maps on our published pages average about 600 MB, compared with 25–30 MB for a typical tractor and under 1 MB for many scripts. A quadruple map like Krajeńskie Pola, which also needs 50 dependency mods, loads far more objects than the official maps: with the minimum 8 GB of RAM it may be tight. Automation scripts like Courseplay take up almost no space, but they push the CPU harder with several helpers at once.
