John Deere 56 for Farming Simulator 22

What this mod does

The John Deere 56 by SleutjesModding is a small riding mower. The author describes it as small but very effective around the farm, and it’s one of the cheapest machines in its category on ModHub.

What it’s for

Use it to mow lawns in gardens, around the house or on small patches of grass where it isn’t worth taking out a tractor and mower. Thanks to its size, it slips between buildings, fences and trees easily.

Tips

At $850 it’s almost a token purchase, so it can be your first gardening machine. If you want something more complete, the same author has the John Deere Zero Turn Z235, with a grass collector, and the John Deere 110 4×4, with a snow blade and garden implements.

It works on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Remember to refuel: the tank holds only 10 liters.

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "John Deere 56" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_JohnDeere56.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Buy it in the mowers section.
