What this mod does
The John Deere X9 is the brand’s highest-capacity combine harvester, and this mod by SiiD Modding brings it to Farming Simulator 22 in US and European versions. It’s one of the most downloaded harvesters on the official ModHub.
What’s included
- Engine with up to 690 hp on the X9 1100; version 1.0.0.2 also added the X9 1000 configuration.
- Four grain tank configurations, with capacities from 16,200 to 27,400 liters.
- Configurations for lights, wheels, rear axle width and demo decals.
- Three types of European license plate for the EU version.
- Longer unloading auger option and side hatches that open.
- Store price: $550,000.
Who it’s for
It suits big farms with large fields, where grain tank capacity makes the difference and you want to stop to unload as little as possible. On small maps it can be overkill in both size and price.
Version notes
Version 1.0.0.1 fixed the fill volume and brakes, improved the grain tank capacities and added a third auger option. Version 1.0.0.2 added the side hatches, fixed the movable spout on the unloading auger and added the 1000 and 1100 engines.

Requirements
- Farming Simulator 22 (PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series)
- About 21 MB of free disk space
- A compatible header (the mod page doesn't say headers are included)
How to install it
- Open Farming Simulator 22 and go to the mods section (ModHub) from the main menu.
- Search for "John Deere X9" and download it.
- On PC/Mac you can also download the .zip from the official ModHub page and copy it, without unzipping, to Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022\mods.
- Load your savegame and enable the mod in the mod list.
- In the store, go to John Deere harvesters and pick the engine, grain tank, wheels and US or EU version in the configurator.
- Also buy a compatible header before heading out to the field.

The harvester doesn't cut
You need to attach a header; buy a compatible one in the store, since the mod page doesn't mention one being included.

Yes. The ModHub lists it for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series as well as PC/Mac.
