What this mod does
The Straw Harvest Pack by Creative Mesh expands straw harvesting and takes your farm into the pellet industry, with machinery from KRONE and Bressel und Lade.
Machines
- KRONE Premos 5000: according to the mod page, the world’s first mobile pellet harvester. It makes straw or hay pellets straight from the windrow, or stationary with a bale shredder. Pellets can be sold, used as bedding or feed, or processed in the hall.
- KRONE BiGPack 1290 HDP II: with the BaleCollect it drops stacks of up to three square bales.
- KRONE Comprima V180XC: variable-chamber round baler.
- Bressel und Lade and Lizard bale grabs for loaders, telehandlers and wheel loaders.
Industrial hall
Three versions: empty for storing machines and bales, with a crane, or with an automatic palletizer that packs the pellets so you can sell them for more profit.
Consumables and version
In the shop you can make the balers and the Premos use twine, net wrap and molasses. Version 1.2.0.1 fixes a script error; 1.2.0.0 improved the hall’s performance.
It works on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series, with no dependencies.

How to install it
- On console: open the in-game Mods menu (ModHub), search for "Straw Harvest Pack" and download it.
- On PC/Mac: download it from the in-game Mods menu or get FS22_strawHarvestPack.zip from the official ModHub page.
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
- Enable the mod when you load or create your savegame.
- Find the machines in the shop under the Krone and Bressel und Lade brands, and the hall in the construction menu.

Common problems
Does it work on PS4, PS5 and Xbox?
Yes. ModHub offers it on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series, as well as PC/Mac.
What does the Premos 5000 do?
It makes straw or hay pellets straight from the windrow, or stationary with a bale shredder.
Do I have to buy twine and net wrap?
Only if you enable the consumables option in the shop; then twine, net wrap and molasses are bought on pallets.
