What this mod does
The Porsche 911 GT America was built for the GT Daytona class of the United SportsCar Championship in its first season, 2014. It was based on the 991 Cup, with a 4-liter engine and new aero, and stayed competitive until the class changed format in 2016. IER Simulations presents it as the official finale of its USCC mod.
What’s included
- 3D model, textures and liveries by Patrik Marek, with additional liveries by Le Sun Tzu.
- Physics and project lead by mclarenf1papa.
- Sound by Fonsecker, who also supplied reference material.
- Driver animations by Gary Paterson and a separate livery template.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants mid-2010s American GT cars and multiclass endurance racing. It fits in with the rest of the cars in IER’s USCC mod.
Version
Version 1.0 (July 2019) is the only one released. The team warns that the car behaves badly over the curbs at the apex, due to the game’s tire model; on corner exit it’s well behaved. You install it by copying the content and system folders into the game’s root folder. IER prohibits converting, modifying or reuploading the car without written permission.

How to install it
- Go to the Porsche 911 GT America page on OverTake.gg and log in.
- Download the file (about 85 MB).
- Copy the content and system folders from the archive into the Assetto Corsa root folder (or drag it into Content Manager).
- Look for IER's Porsche 911 GT America in the car list.
