Thomson Road Grand Prix recreates the Singapore street circuit that hosted the Grand Prix from 1961 to 1973. The historic layout was just over 3 miles long (4.865 km). It was the first track Fat-Alfie released, also the author of Deutschlandring, and it has a rating of 4.98 out of 5 from more than 220 reviews.

Atmosphere

Old abandoned cars, which are Kunos models, show up among the vegetation. The whole package aims for the feel of a sixties street circuit.

It suits classic open-wheelers and sports cars from the sixties and seventies, like the ones that come with the game itself. One user says it works in a mod-free Assetto Corsa install.

Tips

It’s a narrow street circuit with walls and trees close by: build confidence in hotlap mode before taking on the full AI grid.

How to install it

1. Go to the Thomson Road Grand Prix page on OverTake.gg and log in.
2. Download the file (about 101 MB).
3. Drag it into Content Manager and install it, or copy the folder into assettocorsa/content/tracks.
4. Pick a sixties classic and head out in practice, hotlap or an AI race.
