What this mod does
Arnook’s Container Pack – ATS Edition fills ATS’s ports and freight market with realistic containers. V13 (April 7, 2026) is ready for ATS 1.58 and brings over 300 liveries from shipping lines and intermodal operators such as Maersk, ZIM, CSX Intermodal, Schneider and JB Hunt.
What it adds
- 20, 40, 45 and 53 ft containers: dry, high cube, open top, flat rack, reefer, tank and curtain-side.
- Its own cargoes («Box Container», «Reefer Container», «ISO Tank Container»…) and new liveries on SCS’s container cargoes.
- V13 splits the tanks into food-grade and ADR and reorganizes the companies to offer more realistic jobs.
- Containers in traffic, on parked vehicles and, with Krys Emlyn’s optional add-on, on trains.
Limitations
They only load onto SCS’s container chassis: ATS has no container-on-flatbed option. To avoid empty chassis, 20 or 53 ft containers sometimes show up on reefer or flat rack loads. The author acknowledges a few material errors in the log and that the 40 ft ones don’t always spawn properly.
Performance
If you notice stuttering, the author explains which file to delete to remove the extra trailers from traffic. The train add-on must go above the main mod and be the same version.

Requirements
- American Truck Simulator 1.58
- No DLC required (the pack adds companies from several map DLCs and from ProMods Canada)
- Optional: AI Train Add-On of the same version (V13)
How to install it
- Open Arnook's thread on the SCS forum and choose the V13 download (MediaFire) or subscribe on Steam Workshop.
- If you want containers on trains, also download the AI Train Add-On V13.
- Copy the files to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, put the AI Train Add-On above the main pack.
- Look for cargoes like "Box Container" or "Reefer Container" in the freight market, or use your own container trailer.

Common problems
Can I haul them on a flatbed?
No. In ATS they only work on SCS's container chassis.
Why do I see a 53 ft container on a reefer load?
The author does it on purpose so empty chassis don't show up.
Does it affect performance?
The extra trailers in traffic can cause stuttering; the thread explains which file to delete to remove them.
Does it work in ATS 1.61?
V13 is tagged for 1.58; the author doesn't confirm later versions in the first post.
