What this mod does
Nimit’s Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody is Dodge’s widebody sedan turned into a car you buy and drive in American Truck Simulator. The author publishes it for free on the official SCS forum, in the ATS mods section, with credits to DN Modding and Nimit.
What’s included
- High-quality exterior and interior, with its own UI and a digital speedometer.
- Working front windows, adjusted wipers, and animations for the turn signals, wipers and handbrake.
- Engine and gearbox tuned to get close to real-world acceleration.
- Black or red interior.
- Several options for the hood, fenders, trunk, doors, side skirts, spoiler, roof and bumpers (four front ones).
- Optional extras: antenna, bull bar, Hellcat logo, police lights and rear window louvers.
Version
Nimit announced the 1.61 update on September 5, 2026, following the ones for 1.58 and 1.60.
Known issues
One user reports that the fuel and temperature needles don’t show, and that the center screen shows km/h instead of mph. It’s very powerful: lift off the throttle going into corners.

Requirements
- American Truck Simulator updated to version 1.61
- Download from the author's thread on the official SCS forum (hosted on Modsfire)
- The author doesn't list any required DLC or other mods
How to install it
- Open the author's thread on the official SCS forum (American Truck Simulator mods section) and follow the download link in the first post.
- Download the file from Modsfire, the host the author uses.
- If it comes compressed, extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- Open ATS, go to the Mod Manager and enable the car.
- In your save, go to any truck dealer and use the entrance to the mod dealer.
- Choose Dodge, buy the car and assign it as your vehicle.

Common problems
Where do I buy it?
At the mod dealer entrance in any truck dealer; look for the Dodge brand.
It's hard to handle in corners
Lift off the throttle when turning, as with any very powerful rear-wheel-drive car.
Can I customize it?
Yes: it has several body options, two interior colors and extras like a bull bar or police lights.
I can't see the fuel and temperature needles
It's a bug a user pointed out in the thread, still unfixed as of September 7, 2026.
